We are an urban micro-winery making wines that we like and want to share with others. We work with smaller vineyards who know their vines and focus on quality versus quantity in their harvest. We specialize in low intervention, naturally fermented, old world style wines. We are region agnostic and like to explore different methods of fermentation and experiment to bring out the true flavor of the grape and reflect the terroir (fancy for soil, weather, and other conditions that make each vintage unique). We consider environmental impact in everything we do by preferring vineyards with sustainable farming practices, bottling in light weight glass and not using foil caps.
